  • 1. Before the Event

    We start with a conversation to understand your event, key moments, and overall goals for coverage and deliverables.

  • 2. Planning & Preparation

    I work closely with your timeline or run of show to ensure coverage is structured, efficient, and intentional. This includes identifying key moments, and preparing for any variables so everything is captured seamlessly.

  • 3. Event Coverage

    Arriving prepared and fully equipped, I capture key moments, details, and the overall atmosphere with a professional, unobtrusive approach.

  • 4. Post-Production

    Each image and video is carefully reviewed, selected, and refined to ensure a clean, cohesive, and polished final result. Attention is given to consistency, color, and overall presentation so the final content reflects the quality and energy of the event.

  • 5. Delivery

    Final files are delivered in a private and personalized online gallery and/or video format, in full resolution with easy download and sharing.

Event Photography Pricing

$200/hr (2 hour minimum)

Add-Ons

  • Adds another photographer to capture more angles, overlapping moments, and a broader range of candid coverage throughout the event.

  • Additional on-site coverage beyond the originally booked time, billed in hourly increments to accommodate events that run longer than expected.

  • Receive 5-10 curated images delivered the same day for immediate use on social platforms.
